2. Key Subscription Information (Summary)

EpicVIN.uk provides digital vehicle-history reports delivered instantly.
A 3-day trial costs £1 and includes up to 5 reports per day.
After the trial, your subscription renews at £49.99 + VAT per month (£59.99 total for UK customers).
You can cancel anytime in Account → Subscriptions (1–2 clicks).
Digital reports are delivered immediately, and no withdrawal/cooling-off period applies.
VAT:
- UK customers: 20% VAT charged at checkout.
- Bahrain residents: 10% VAT applied in BHD on invoices.
- Others: VAT does not apply.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Nature of Service

EpicVIN.uk provides access to:

VIN search tools
digital vehicle-history reports
price analytics
odometer and auction records (where available)

These are digital services delivered immediately.

We may update, modify, or suspend features at any time to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.

5. Payments, Billing & VAT

5.1 Currency

All prices displayed on the Site are in GBP.

5.2 UK VAT (20%)

For customers identified as UK residents (billing address, IP, or phone):

VAT is charged at 20% on all digital services.
Total subscription price for UK customers is £59.99 (VAT included).
VAT invoices are issued by INFOSPHERE W.L.L. as a Non-Established Taxable Person (NETP) registered with HMRC.

Reverse charge applies only if the customer provides a valid UK VAT number and the transaction qualifies.

5.3 Bahrain VAT (10%)

For Bahrain residents (billing + IP):

VAT of 10% applies per NBR rules.
Invoices are issued in BHD and include VAT.
Refunds may require a credit note under NBR regulations.

5.4 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by:

INFOSPHERE W.L.L (Bahrain)
Infosphere Limited (Hong Kong)
Epicvin Inc. (USA)

depending on card jurisdiction, processor availability, or fraud-prevention requirements.

Your contractual counterparty always remains INFOSPHERE W.L.L. (Bahrain).

Your card statement may show "EPICVIN", "EPICVIN*INFOSPHERE", or an affiliate descriptor.

6. Trial & Subscription Terms

6.1 Trial

£1 for 3 days.
Includes up to 5 reports/day.
Only one trial per customer.
Unless you cancel before the end of the 3-day period, your trial converts to a monthly subscription.

6.2 Subscription Renewal

After the trial, you will be charged £49.99 + VAT monthly.
Renewals occur automatically unless you cancel.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

Log in to your EpicVIN.uk account.
Go to Account → Subscriptions.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.
Ensure that the status changes to Cancelled.

Emailing support does not cancel your subscription.

6.4 Usage Monitoring

Personal subscriptions are intended for personal use only.

If usage patterns indicate commercial activity, we may restrict access until you contact support.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Reports are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because digital content cannot be "returned," no cooling-off rights apply, except where required by applicable law.

8. Refunds

Refunds are provided only when required by consumer law or when:

the service was not delivered
there was a clear billing error
duplicate charges occurred

VAT refunds follow the rules of the applicable tax authority.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

create multiple accounts to abuse trials
use automated tools to extract data
resell or redistribute reports
use reports for FCRA or similar regulated purposes
rely solely on the report for any vehicle purchase decision

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

10. Disclaimers

Service is provided "as is" and may contain incomplete, outdated, or unavailable data.

EpicVIN does not guarantee:

vehicle condition
accuracy or completeness of historical data
availability of third-party sources
uninterrupted service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.

The maximum liability of EpicVIN in any circumstance is £100.

11. Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for:

data provided by third-party vendors
vehicle records supplied by external databases
omitted or inaccurate historical information
links to external websites

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

13. Mandatory Arbitration (BCDR – Bahrain)

Any dispute shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), seat in Manama, language English.

Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Miscellaneous

If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and INFOSPHERE W.L.L.
