EpicVIN UK provides digital vehicle-history reports delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are available only in the situations described below.
We may issue a refund in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
This period applies only to billing-related issues and does not extend the right to cancel delivered digital content.
Under UK consumer law, digital content cannot be refunded after it has been accessed, unless it is faulty or misrepresented.
Refunds are not provided for:
If you request a refund for a subscription renewal and you have accessed any reports during that billing period, EpicVIN UK may deduct the price of a Full Report (£24.99 or the price displayed on the website) for each report accessed before issuing a refund.
This deduction reflects digital content already delivered.
Where applicable, VAT will be refunded in accordance with HMRC rules.
